SUBJECT: LINCOLN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE 2017 CONVOCATION CEREMONY (15^th YEARS OF ESTABLISHMENT)
 
With pleasure please be informed that the Graduation ceremony will be held on 3^rd March 2017. Below is the information:
 
1.  Registration : Convocation registration is very important for a student to attend LUC Convocation Ceremony.

First : Student have to Clear their Tuition Fees and also Convocation Fees.

Second: After make the payment then Student have to Go to Lincoln University College Website [www.lincoln.edu.my] 
then Go to Menu  : "Students" >> "Current Students" >> "Alumni" , after click on "Alumni" menu our special Alumni
website will open [alumni.lincoln.edu.my]. 
Then in the Alumni Association Website - Go to Menu : "Enquiry" >> Upon mouse over on "Enquiry" Menu Student will be able
to see Two main Sub-Menu, as like - 

a) Application for Convocation : Student have to Fillup this form after make the payment to attend Convocation.
After fillup this registration form a Convocation Registration Card will generate , Student must have to carry 
that Card with them at the day of Rehearsal and Convocation Final Day...


b) Re-Print Convocation ID : If any student mistakenly Lost their Convocation Registration Card then still they
 can download that from this link..

2. Rehearsal: 2^nd March 2017 at Wisma Lincoln, Jln SS6/12, Kelana Jaya, 47301 PJ, Selangor
Time: 9.00am- 12.30pm
 
3.  Date of Convocation;
§  3^rd March 2017,  commences at 8:00AM
 
4.  Venue: Grace Convention Centre, Level 3 SS26/2 Plaza Mayang, Petaling Jaya.
 
5. Convocation Fees: 

1) Certificate- RM350
2) Diploma and Bachelor- RM450
3) Master- RM550
4) PhD- RM650
 

• For two (2) guests no charge BUT for the third guests and more, RM100 will be charge for per person

Visit by Libyan Cultural Attache' in Malaysia

Dr. Sameer Abdulsalam, Libyan Cultural Attache' in Malaysia visit to Lincoln University college. The purpose of the visit  is to enhance collaboration . We have taken him round our campus  and showed  him our laboratories and facilities. He is very impressed with our laboratories and claimed that even the advanced universities does not have some of the facilities that we have.

The Offical Launch Of American Degree Credit Transfer Program

Lincoln University College proudly launched the American Degree Transfer Program with Stratford University, USA on 18th February 2016 (Thursday) in Mayang Campus. Dr. Richard R. Shurtz, President, Mr. Feroze Khan, Vice President, Stratford University, Prof.Datuk Dr Hajjah Bibi Florina Abdullah, Pro-Chancellor and Prof.Dr.Amiya Bhaumik, CEO and Vice Chancellor, Lincoln University College officially announced the launch of American Degree Credit Transfer Program.

Prof.Dr.Amiya Bhaumik, CEO and Vice Chancellor, LUC in his welcome speech said that all the programs in LUC are designed based on the Market Research and only, need based curriculums are prepared. ADTP is a part of the Vision and Mission of LUC as well as a part of the Malaysian Government Policy.

Dr. Richard R. Shurtz, President, Stratford University, conveyed that Education gives hope and helps different culture and religion to communicate. With this ADTP program students can start their program at LUC and can transfer credit in Stratford University USA. After the official launch he met the Academic staff and shared his knowledge and experience about the international scenario on quality education.

Lincoln Blood Drive Day

The Student Activities unit from Student Affairs Department of Lincoln University College in collaboration with PPUM’sBlood Bank (Pusat Perubatan Univeristi Malaya) organized Blood Drive Day on 23rd of February 2016 (Tuesday) in Mayang Campus.

The total number of student registered for the donation was 108, out of those 73 students successfully donated their blood. The purpose of this event was to create awareness among the students about the importance of blood donation in saving life of people. 

Public Health Campaign (Phc) Program

Students Pharmacy Association Lincoln University College (SPALUC) in collaboration with Malaysian Pharmacy Students’ Association (MyPSA) and Ministry of Health (MOH) organized Public Health Campaign on 2nd and until 3rd March 2016. This campaign is an educational and interactive event, designed to provide basic information on medicines and Drugs. The theme of the event is “KNOW YOUR MEDICINES AND DRUG ABUSE.”

Ms. NURUL HIDAYAH BINTI ISMIL, Director of Public Health Campaign welcomed the gathering. Prof. Dr. Mohd. Shahimi Mustapha, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research and Innovation) officially opened the ceremony. Ms. Siti Fathimah Idris from Pharmacy Enforcement Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia spoke about “Registered Products and Hologram.” Mr.Prakash A/L Rajubathy, Prevention Officer, Agensi Anti Dadah Kebangsaan (AADK) gave a talk on the topic “Drug Abuse Awareness.”  Medical Booth, Exhibition and Health Screening were the other highlights of the event.
